Peter Courtemanche is the director of the media residency program at the Western Front. He is a contemporary sound and installation artist who has worked extensively in radio-art and electronic/interactive interventions. His collaboration with Lori Weidenhammer, Divining for Lost Sound, premiered at the Saint Norbert Arts and Cultural Centre in July/August 1997, and was recently exhibited in Bregenz, Austria. His work, Spirit Hands explores the history of the Spiritualist movement at the turn of the 19th Century.
